By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You can cancel at any time in your account settings; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Appointments & Notifications

The Service facilitates scheduling and reminders. You are responsible for verifying appointment details and ensuring your notification settings are configured correctly. We are not liable for missed appointments, delays, or consequences arising from inaccurate information or third-party service outages.

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. Where required, you are responsible for obtaining consent from your end users or clients.

7. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNONIC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knonic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Knonic is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
